    I think it was also congress that made a list of rappers who use hgh and the response by one of the managers was “it isn’t illegal so what was the point”

    The part of grandstanding blowhard says a lot, because this steroid thing is guaranteed publicity and the congressmen are going to show us how concerned they are for what?
