Readers are asking me all the time, Sonic Charmer, what do you do for hobbies? Well, I don’t like to talk about this a lot but I have been known to play a little Rock And Roll music. Here’s a clip of me playing with a little band I’m in. We go by the monicker “The White Stripes”.
“That’s not really you”, you protest. Oh yeah? Prove it.
And by the way, no negative comments about my musical abilities please. I actually think I’m a very good drummer and I CAN TOO maintain a tempo, despite what it may sound like.
What ever made you guys believe you should actually take that out and perform in public?
Sheesh.
You guys SUCK.
Well in our defense, it’s really more of a hobby type of thing. It’s not like we think we’ll get anywhere professionally playing that stuff, or anything.
I guess it’s better than Bowling Night, or whatever.
We do that too. That’s Tuesday nights. We wear matching shirts and everything. They have red and white stripes on them.
You know that other band? The one with that guy and that other guy? That had that song that was in that movie?
That band sucked too.
Well, I gotta admit, you are better than the Dead Weather.
I’ve actually seen/heard a little of your stuff (youtube is great for up and coming ‘artists’). In “We’re Going To Be Friends” who’s the girl on the sofa? Is she attached? Thought I heard she’s married but it’s all very blurry. I have an excellent sofa is she needs a place to crash.
