I think I have a lot to offer Google

Fascinating account from a Googler teaching programming to other Googlers.
While on the benefits team, I was assigned a project that involved matching up hundreds of Googlers’ names with their corresponding office locations and job titles. I quickly realized that a few simple programming scripts could probably speed up my work and reduce errors.

Matching? Hundreds, you say? Hmm. You know what else I think could’ve done the trick? VLOOKUP().
Am I hired?
I’ve owned my own company. I’ve been a supervisor and manager at small and large companies. Let me tell you something: if you want to motivate people, your sword should be made of something sturdier than foam.
Do I have something to offer google?
I think I did something like this back in the late 70s, on punch cards. Then I dropped that class. Can I offer Google a sandwich? Would they like fries with that?
